INGREDIENTS
- 200 g surimi
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- Soy sauce for serving
- Wasabi and pickled ginger for garnish
Preparation
Start by separating the surimi sticks.
Assemble
Wet your hands and shape a small portion of sushi rice into bite-sized ovals. Place a piece of surimi on top of each rice ball.
Presentation
Arrange surimi nigiri neatly on a serving plate. Serve with soy sauce. Optionally, add wasabi for extra flavour. Complete the presentation with pickled ginger.
